With the proclivity for mental health awareness and self-care becoming more prominent in society, more people are becoming cognizant of their feelings and finding ways to process and deal with them. This recently placed significance has also raised awareness to how stressful different professions can be and how those professionals handle that stress. For example, in the case of teachers, while their most important goal revolves around providing the best education possible for their students; there’s a lot of stress that comes along the way in doing so.
